  • Upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet, and full bathroom

  • A charcoal grill is provided for outdoor use (supplies not included)

Cabin Pricing

  • $139.00 per night

  • 2 night minimum (varies based on events/holidays)

  • $10.00/night per additional guest exceeding 4, with a max of 6 guests in this cabin

  • One-time pet fee of $50/dog (maximum of two dogs)

  • $50 cleaning fee

  • 12% tax

Reservation Policy

Check-In/Check-Out Times:

3:00 P.M. or later / No later than 11:00 A.M.

Smoking & Vaping

Smoking, vaping or equivalent in our cabins is strictly prohibited. We provide a covered porch for such activities. We ask that you please keep our grounds area clean and dispose of your cigarette buds in the container we provide on the covered porch. Please do not throw them over the porch railing.

Dog Fees and Procedures:

We charge a one-time pet fee of $50/dog (maximum of two). We do not accept other pets in our cabins.

All dogs must be housebroken and friendly. They must be crated if left alone. You are responsible for damages. If your dog is allowed on your furniture at home, please either bring furniture covers or request furniture covers from us. If we find evidence that your pet was on our furniture without covers, we have the right to charge you an additional $25 cleaning fee to do a deep cleaning before our next guests arrive. We do our best to make sure our future guests never know you or your dog(s) were in our cabin.

As a reminder, the State of Georgia has a leash law, and we ask that you adhere to those restrictions on our property. Equally important, you are also responsible for picking up after your dogs.

Cancellations:

ALL reservation cancellations MUST be conducted by phone. We will send you an email confirming your cancellation and all charges incurred, if any, based on your date of cancellation.

  • 14 Days Prior to Arrival - ​No Charge, Deposit Returned

  • 13 to 5 Days Prior to Arrival - Full Deposit Charged

  • 4 Days Prior to Arrival - Full Amount and Deposit Charged
