  • Book 6 or more nights & receive 1 additional night free

  • Maximum of 5 guests in this cabin

  • $75 cleaning fee

  • No Pets! All guests are forbidden from bringing ANY animals onto the premises. This ban includes Therapy & Service animals.

Reservation Policy

Check-In/Check-Out Times:

3:00 P.M. or later / No later than 11:00 A.M.

Smoking & Vaping

Smoking, vaping or equivalent in our cabins is strictly prohibited. We provide a covered porch for such activities. We ask that you please keep our grounds area clean and dispose of your cigarette buds in the container we provide on the covered porch. Please do not throw them over the porch railing.

PENALTIES FOR SMOKING POLICY VIOLATIONS: Our cabins are smoke-free. If there is evidence that you were smoking inside the cabin and/or smoking outdoors but with the doors or windows open thus allowing smoke to enter the cabin interior, we will charge an additional $200 damage fee for professional & expedient deep cleansing of all furniture, walls, fixtures, & draperies. We seek to provide all of our guests an odor-free environment and ask that all guests abide by these policies out of respect for the next guests.

Pet & Animal Policy

All guests at Laurel Mountain Cabins are prohibited from bringing pets &/or animals of all types onto the premises. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. If these terms are violated, guests will be immediately charged the full cost of the booking, an additional $200 Animal Policy-Violation Fee, and will be asked to immediately vacate the premises, without exception.  

Cancellations:

ALL reservation cancellations MUST be conducted by phone. We will send you an email confirming your cancellation and all charges incurred, if any, based on your date of cancellation.

  • More than 14 Days Prior to Arrival - ​Deposit Returned (minus $25 for processing fees)

  • 13 to 5 Days Prior to Arrival - Deposit Not Refunded

  • Less than 4 Days Prior to Arrival - Total Rental Amount Will Be Charged
